General High School Diploma + Medical Billing and Coding Career Pathways Certificate

The JMHS General High School Diploma plus Medical Billing and Coding Career Pathways Certificate track offers our standard accredited high school education combined with courses to prep you for professional certification. In place of two open electives, you’ll have two credit hours of high school-level study in medical terminology, body systems, procedures, insurance, contracts, ethics, HIPAA compliance, and all of the processes required to be successful in coding claims and billing insurance providers. In the same amount of class time required to earn a general high school diploma, you’ll earn your high school diploma in addition to a Career Pathways Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding.
