James Madison High School Refund Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment via telephone, email, or first-class mail to the physical address listed in the student catalog. Students may also cancel their enrollment in the “Help Center” of the Learner Center.
If you cancel within 5 days after midnight of the day you enroll, you will receive a refund of all monies paid to James Madison High School.
James Madison High School calculates refunds using the date of withdrawal. James Madison High School determines this based on the date the student made the withdrawal request or when the student is dismissed for failure to abide by the code of conduct, to maintain satisfactory academic progress, or to meet financial obligations.

| If the student has submitted more than 25% of the lessons, up to and including 50% of the lessons | Non-Refundable Fees + Registration Fees + 50% of Tuition |
| If the student has submitted more than 50% of the lessons | Non-Refundable Fees + Registration Fees + 100% of Tuition |
Any amount owed is due at the time of cancellation. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of James Madison High School's receipt of your notice of cancellation. No refunds made after 540 days from date of Enrollment.
