High School Program Fees*

Fees are subject to change without notice. James Madison High School students should confirm current tuition and fees on the JMHS website.

Admission Fee (Also known as an Application Fee in Georgia) Student Fee for processing admission into the school. $75.00 Student enrolls into the HS Program
9th Grade Entrance Exam This charge is for new students who are not able to obtain an 8th grade transcript for entering high school $75.00 Student enrolls and is not able to obtain an 8th grade transcript. This is a post enrollment fee.
Shipping to addresses outside Canada and the U.S. Students are charged for shipping course materials outside Canada and the U.S. $150.00 one-time fee Student requests course materials and lives outside Canada and the U.S.
Official Transcript Request Fee The first copy of an official transcript is free. There is a fee for additional official transcripts. $10.00 per official transcript after first free one. Student requests a copy of their transcript
Unofficial Transcript Request Fee Unofficial transcripts are available free on Student Portal. Fee if Student Services is asked to mail Unofficial transcript. Students who request to have unofficial transcripts mailed will be charged $10.00 per transcript. Students request that an unofficial transcript be mailed to them.
Expedited Transcript Fee Students who wish to receive transcripts in 2-3 days. TBD** Student must request expedited shipping
Overnight Transcript Fee Students who wish to receive transcripts in 1 day. TBD** Student must request overnight shipping
Portfolio Assessment Fee Students are charged a fee to evaluate portfolios that are submitted. $10.00 per late payment Student is charged portfolio assessment fee after the portfolio has been evaluated
Program Change Fee A student may switch between general and college preparatory at any time by paying a program transfer fee. $50.00 per program change Student requests a switch in programs
Late Fee A late fee will be charged for each monthly payment that is not paid within 10 days of its due date. $10.00 per late payment Student does not pay monthly payment within 10 days of its due date
Dishonored check, draft, or money order For any check, draft, or money order that is returned for insufficient funds, student will be charged a $20.00 fee. $20.00 per dishonored check, draft, or money order Student pays via a dishonored check, draft, or money order
Check-by-phone Fee for servicing check payments over the phone. $1.00 Student makes a payment by check over the phone
Registration Fee Registration fee The lesser of (a) 20% Tuition or (b) $200. This is a one time fee. Student enrolls and cancels before completing 5% of the program
Six Month Extension Fee Students who do not complete their program of study within the prescribed time limit must request a six month extension. $95.00 Student requests 6 month extension
Readmission Fee Students whose accounts have been canceled (but have not been academically dismissed) are eligible for reinstatement or readmission and will be charged a fee to do so. $25.00 Student requests to be readmitted
Additional/ Replacement Diploma Fee Fee for each additional/ replacement diploma requested. $25.00 Student requests an additional/ replacement diploma
PCDI Canada Technology Fee Fee for providing technology support services in Canada. $24.00 Student is a resident of Canada and enrolls into a high school program

**TBD: The fee amount to be determined in coordination with the mail servicer and communicated to the student at the time of request. An estimate for expedited shipping is $12, and for overnight shipping is $18.
