Three Best Online High School Lists Include JMHS

Our students aren’t the only ones who love making the grade. We love being recognized for our successes, too, and we’re ready to brag about it!

Recently, three independent online high school guides included us among their best-of-the-best in distance education. We’ll try not to let it go to our heads while you check out who said what below. All three websites compiled data from organizations like the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Census Bureau, and other publicly-available data sources to establish their editorially-independent rankings.

Online Schools Center

JMHS landed at No. 8 on the 30 Best of the Best Online High School Programs ranked by Online Schools Center, an informational guide for students interested in online education. To create their list, the website evaluated online high schools for “...exemplary successes in providing a high-quality, easy-to-use educational platform for everyone choosing to continue their high school studies via the online route.” The full review is available at www.onlineschoolscenter.com.

The Best Schools

We placed at No. 8, too, on The Best Schools list of the Best Online High School Diploma Programs. The independent organization’s Academic Advisory board of educators, editors, authors, and web professionals evaluated private and university-affiliated online high school diploma programs to establish their list of 50 according to “...programming, academic oversight, state approval, performance, inclusivity, personal attention, and cost.” Their review is available at thebestschools.org.

Best College Reviews

Finally, last, but not least, we reached No. 11 on the Best College Reviews list of The 25 Best High Schools Online. The review site’s editors evaluated nearly 100 online schools and established their rankings “...based on affordability, academic offerings, and support services,” for the 2016-2017 academic year. An explanation of the methodology and the full review are available at www.bestcollegereviews.org.

If you're loving these great reviews as much as we are, look at some quotes and videos clips from our students!
