Your Game Plan from Enrollment to High School Graduation
Enroll Anytime
Enroll any time of the year and pick up right where you left off in high school. One affordable price includes all your online high school materials, academic advising and unlimited tutoring services to get you through to completion. It takes less than 5 minutes to enroll, and you can begin studying immediately!
Access Your Student Portal
Your online Student Portal is the central hub of your school activities. It’s where you access your courses, upload assignments, take exams, check your grades and account status and request support services.
Complete The Orientation
The online learning experience begins with a live Orientation course. Orientation sessions are held every week in the James Madison High School community During orientation, you will meet our team of student advisors and get answers to any questions.
Submit Your Transcript
If you have previous high school credits, send your transcript to us within 90 days of enrollment. We'll evaluate your transfer credits so we can place you in the correct grade level and learning track.
Start Studying
You’ll access your first course eBook and study guide through your Student Portal. You’re on your way to earning your online high school diploma! Follow the step-by-step instructions and you’ll never miss a beat. Each course requires you to complete a variety of assignments. You can upload them from a computer or send them in by mail, when and where you want.
Note that eBooks are standard for each course. You also have the option to include companion textbooks from Pearson, a leading academic publisher.
Get Caring Guidance
Our Student Services staff and team of knowledgeable tutors are here for you from day one through graduation. You’re also encouraged to join the James Madison High School Community, where you can ask course instructors questions, join discussion groups and communicate with your classmates-24/7.
Take Exams
At the end of each lesson is an open-book exam that you take online. Your instructor grades your work, often with comments and feedback to enrich your online learning experience. Your grades are posted in your Student Portal. At this point you can proceed to the next lesson.
Receive Your Diploma
Successful completion of your courses, combined with any eligible transfer credits, clears the way for you to graduate in record time. Upon meeting all graduation requirements, you receive your class ring, your diploma and an invitation to attend the annual James Madison High School graduation ceremony.
