Where Are My JMHS Textbooks?

If you’re starting out with online school for the first time, odds are you’ll have a lot of questions, like when you’ll receive your textbooks. Keep reading to learn more about getting started with James Madison High School.

Where are my JMHS textbooks?

If online school is a completely new experience for you, you might be feeling a little nervous about making sure you have everything you need to start. With traditional schools, most students do some form of back-to-school shopping, like getting their clothes or uniforms, buying backpacks, notebooks, pencils, and other supplies. What they don’t usually have to shop for, though, are textbooks. Typically, students receive those from their teachers once they’re in class on the first day of school. However, with JMHS, it’s a little different.

All classes are completely online, so while you may want to get yourself notebooks and other office-like supplies to take notes and help you work, you won’t need physical textbooks. Instead, digital textbooks are available so you can study any time, any place, as long as you have an internet connection. A bonus to this option is that if you’re traveling, moving, or have breaks during a work shift, you don’t have to lug heavy books with you! You can just bring a laptop, tablet, or mobile phone and not lose any valuable study time.

How much will my textbooks cost?

Value and affordability are important to JMHS, so the costs of your digital textbooks and study materials are all included in your tuition price. This means that you do not have to purchase any additional books or materials to be successful in your online high school classes!
